I enjoyed the beautiful little and well-maintained hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay. It was fairly clean, everyone was friendly. The atmosphere created was quiet. Its location near The Top at Komatar was magnificent.

We had a excellent stay at this hotel! Very friendly staff and superbly clean and modern facilities. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with many tourist spots and delicious food places within walking distance. Additionally, they have free parking available which was really convenient for us.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to numerous shopping and food options. the comfortable bed in the spacious room was delightful for a good night's rest after a long day of exploring the city. The friendly owner and staff provided parking for guests, which was convenient and hassle-free.

The water pressure could be better and it was challenging to adjust the shower temperature between warm and scalding for the right pressure. The noise from the nearby mosque and garbage truck pick-ups after midnight was quite distracting, which interrupted our sleep.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, walkable to main areas and easily accessible to food, plus bus stops nearby. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is nicely designed. Guests find the hosts welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations on dining.

The personnel were very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and modern touches. The owner, Bill, was a wonderful host and provided us with great recommendations for exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying at Macalister Terraces if you're visiting Penang!
